Pilates is considered well-being training, which shapes the body and ensures inner harmony. Precise, flowing movements in the rhythm of a deep conscious breathing gently shape the body and a natural upright posture is created.

Liberated, released, relaxed and relieved is the apt description for Pilates. The participants feel good and go home with a smile.
